It is a nice deck, although I wouldn't use Dark Magic Curtain. I think it's too costly. Maybe you could replace it with Skilled Dark Magician.

It needs some work, Sorcerer of Dark Magic, Dark Eradicator Warlock and Magician of Black Chaos have got to go for Dark Magician of Chaos and 2 Dark Magicians, I'll make more suggestions later.
