Nice deck, you don't have any CyberDarks in it, so I'm pretty sure you're free to use it, but it needs more cards, so let me fix it up for you.
Changes:
Monsters:
-1 Bokoichi -1 Magical Merchant
+2 Cyber Valley +1 Cyber Dragon +2 Cyber Phoenix +2 Proto-Cyber +2 The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion +2 Jinzo +1 Sattelite Cannon
Now you have 20 monsters.
Spells:
-1 Super Polymerization -1 Ectoplasmer -1 De-Fusion
+1 Smashing Ground +1 Fissure +1 Megamorph
You now have 12 Spells.
Traps:
-1 Final Attack Orders -1 Negate Attack -1 Ojama Trio +1 DNA Surgery (For Fortress Dragon) +3 Dark Bribe
You now have 8 traps+12 Spells+20 Monster=40cards.
Now for fusions. You need 3 of each.
+2 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon +2 Chimeratech Overdragon +2 Cyber Twin Dragon +2 Cyber End Dragon

I fixed it, but Future Fusion is in place of Fissure.

Only 2 Cyber Dragons are allowed in a deck, and I think I made a mistake in saying Satellite Cannon, Submarineroid would probably be better.
